February and March Dividends

Hi everybody.

I wanted to catch up and post some new and exciting updates. Although, probably the first thing you will notice, is I haven't posted for a while, and completely missed my February update. Well, in the hopes of catching up a little, I will post a few small pieces about that.

In February, I continued to just work on some of my holdings, and made a nice little dividend income of $38.01. That worked out to a nice year over year of 90.91%. I like that growth. Sorry there is a lack of information on that, I didn't want this post to be huge. A lot of the companies are similar to previous months, with my two biggest companies being Ford and Intel.

For March 2019, My dividends were much lower than last year. Due to the paying off of some student loans, I had sold some stock. So this year, I had $56.24 in dividends, for a year over year of....wait for it..... 6.05%. I knew it would be low, so this doesn't hurt too much. And I have since rebuilt my portfolio, so next year will see a large improvement for dividends. But for the good, I paid off my car, and another student loan in March. I am now down to two student loans, and hope to have them paid off this year. With this payoff, I had some capital to put forth into catching up some stocks. In keeping in line with my goal of getting all my stocks to 10 shares/$1 of dividends when they are paid, I beefed up my portfolio a bit. This is making a large difference already, seeing as my scheduled April dividends are already 128%, and will probably go a little higher still as well. But we can look at that next year. For now, my March 2019 dividend breakdown:

F       $26.86
INTC $10.73
PSEC $1.26
GLAD $0.98
HRZN $0.20
ORC $1.04
AGNC $1.80
O         $0.45
KR       $0.14
OCSL $1.14
ETJ         $0.99
NAVI $1.28
BSJQ $1.33
ARCC $0.42
GOOD $0.13
CTL $0.50
F         $0.15
INTC $1.89
AEP $1.34
MAIN $0.20
GAIN $0.14
GNL $0.18
GM       $0.38
D      $0.92
DEA $0.26
PFE   $0.36
KBWD $0.47
LTC  $0.38
PFF  $0.18
SDIV $0.14

Nothing crazy to look at, but progress none the less. I think that's all for now. Until next time, keep pushing forward!
